Please note that Headseast Ltd (trading as The Luxury Train Travel Company) do not send clients personal details to any third party for marketing purposes. Headseast Ltd do occasionally send clients personal details to our trusted suppliers when they are performing a direct service for that client, Headseast Ltd will try and seek approval from the client when this happens but sometimes this is not always possible. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
Additionally, as your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA) controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in the UK.
We will not, however, pass your information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. We may however pass this information to the relevant suppliers as otherwise we would not be able to fulfil your booking. In making a booking you therefore consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
Based on your original enquiry or booking we may send out promotional e-mails that we feel may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive these please let us know. We keep client details in our own database. Clients have a right to ask us at any time what details we hold on them.
