Luxury Train Cabin Classes
This train has some of the most luxurious cabins to be found on the rails. There are three categories of cabins, Superior twin and Superior deluxe and the Han Dynasty Suites. All cabins come with high standard, ensuite bathrooms. Note that the trips that operate outside of China as part of the itinerary use a different train with different cabins. The section in Vietnam uses the Sjourney Vietnam Luxury Express train and the section in Central Asia uses the Golden Eagle Luxury Train. See those trains for a description of their cabins.
Han Dynasty Suite
The Han Dynasty Suite redefines luxury rail travel with its expansive 22.2 m² design and refined elegance. Featuring a double bed, double sofa, and separate living area with a dining table, it offers the privacy of a personal retreat while journeying across the Silk Road. A 5.2 m² marble bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and double sinks, blending comfort with sophistication. Premium touches—a Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet, minibar, and full-length wardrobe—enhance the experience. More than a cabin, the Han Dynasty Suite is a private sanctuary of indulgence, crafted for travellers who value space, style, and serenity.
